Wearing all-white in the springtime is so refreshing.
Ahhh, spring. You’re finally here! Although we had a slow start to the spring season here in Minne, we’re now in the full swing of spring and I couldn’t be happier. We took this photos a few weekends ago on a whim while visiting a park here in Minneapolis. It was so fun! This all-white look was perfect for the slightly cooler spring day and made for easy weekend wear.
Not yet convinced? Here are all my reasons for why I love wearing an all-white look in the spring.
Starting so fresh and so clean clean.
Coming out of a dreary and dull winter season calls for a look that’s fresh, easy and oh so springy. My favorite way to say hello to the new spring season is busting out a bright white look that calls for warmer temps and staying cool in the sunshine. However, since it can still be chilly in the mornings, layers are a must. I’ve been living in this white leather jacket!
It’s an easy monochromatic neutral.
Clearly, I love wearing a monochromatic seasonal look, especially with neutrals. Remember my ways to style all-red for fall and all-black for winter?! Yep. Guess I’m a sucker for all things monochromatic. Who knew? Just kidding. I knew.
Plus, wearing all-white is just plain easy! Simply pick out your springy white pieces and go! Zero effort, zero time. The easier the better, and this all-white look for spring is as about as easy as you can get.
I wear all-white… to stay cool.
Shh! Okay, it’s true. I feel like a rascal saying that, but wearing all-white is quite nice when the afternoon sun decides to get piping hot, but I don’t feel like removing any layers. After all, my Northern skin doesn’t handle the fresh spring sun like it used to back in the day. The best alternative for covering these arms? Wear all-white.
Do you wear all-white in the warmer seasons? If so, what’s your favorite way to wear all-white?! Gimme all the deets!
